Terms Of Service

✧ My only form of contact for commissions is Discord. My Discord is linked at the top of the main page. I will need your email to send you the full quality file of finished commissions. I also use Trello to help track my work progress here.

✧ Unless the piece you commissioned shows nudity, I do not wish to be linked to any NSFW accounts unless specified.

✧ I have the right to refuse any commission.

✧ Upfront payment only, I only use Cashapp and Venmo, any other forms of payment I cannot do.

✧ You may not sell, reproduce or alter the artwork you paid for. This includes but is not limited to making bases, marking off that the artwork is yours, or taking off/removing my signature from the artwork. You are allowed to use it for personal use only (such as profile picture and posting it on socials crediting me, you DO NOT have to credit me if the artwork is used for a profile picture or banner unless you wish to do so).

✧ You are allowed 3 free revisions during sketch, line art, and colouring phase. I am unable to make drastic changes during and after the rendering phase. Any big changes after the fact will cost $5 per new revision.

✧ I do not support NFT nor do I permit permission to use my artworks for NFT including the commissioned artwork. I do not permit anyone to use my artwork for AI purposes or be fed into any AI.

✧ These commissions are intended for non-commercial work only. If you wish to commission a commercial work please discuss with me.

✧ I will not bargain, but I can discuss with you your budget range and what I can provide for you based on your budget.

✧ Commissioners understand that I maintain rights to my artwork and I am allowed to put commissioned work into my portfolio, social media sites, galleries, books and etc.

✧ You have the rights to your OC(s), I am not the owner of the character(s), but I am the creator of the artwork itself.

✧ Because I am still developing my art, my style may change with every piece, this means I am improving.

✧ If you are not wanting me to post the finished work on my socials and are wanting a private commission, please inform me beforehand.

✧ Refunds can be discussed if it is urgent and I have not started line art, otherwise I DO NOT do refunds.

Pricing for traditional hand drawn artwork is the same as my digital pricing. I use Copic markers for colouring and grayscale shaded art. Sketches can be done with either pencil or pen depending on what the commissioner wants.

Q - I want clothing or accessories added to my OC(s), does this cost extra to do?
A - No, I will not charge more for any clothing or accessories you want to be added!

Q - My ref sheet is NSFW, what can I do about this before sending it in?
A - You can either make a copy and blur/censor the unnecessary parts if you feel the need, or simply send it over without blurring.

Q - I don't know if I have enough for what I'm wanting, what can I do?
A - PLEASE save up your money! Please do not try to bargain with me or "pay with exposure".

Q - I don't have a ref sheet at all, what would be the best way to approach this?
A - Using a free base for the character you want would be best. Providing other references outside of character sheets helps as well. As of writing I am currently not doing ref sheet commissions and mainly focusing on character art.
